Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after your order is dispatched.
International Orders: Some orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return: opened personal care products, items marked as final sale, and any products that have been used or altered.
How to Start a Return: Email us at support@auravox.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@auravox.store with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right — no hassle.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that window, orders may have already entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. If your order cannot be cancelled, you may return it after delivery per our return policy above.
Privacy Policy
Auravox collects personal information (name, email, shipping address, payment details) solely to process and fulfill your orders. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment information is processed securely through Shopify Payments and is never stored on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data at every step.
